Die Weinberge des traditionsreichen Grand-Cru-Weinguts Beau-Séjour Bécot liegen auf dem westlichen Teil des berühmten Kalkstein-Plateaus von Saint-Émilion. Die 16,5 Hektar Rebfläche sind mit ca. 2/3 Merlot, der Rest mit Cabernet Franc und Cabernet Sauvignon bepflanzt. Das Durchschnittsalter der Rebstöcke liegt bei 35 Jahren. Klassifiziert als Premier Grand Cru Classé B zählen die sehr körperreichen und reichhaltigen Weine zum zweithöchsten Status der gesamten Appellation. Beraten werden Gérard und Dominique Bécot, die das Château 1985 vom Vater Michel übernommen haben, von Top-Önologe Michel Rolland.
